Dear Fancy Pans: I received my two fancy pans the other day and they are lovely. The lady at the internet cafe where I take carrot cake, strawberry marshmallow pie and chocolate cake think they are beautiful and she has them prominantly displayed there. Now she is thinking of having her own pans, so you will probably be hearing from me again when she can figure out a way to get the U.S. Dollars to you from Honduras. I just left off two cakes and gave her your brochure which she was excited about perusing when she gets a free minute.

Hello Diana and Daryl,
I was flipping through the Taste of Home today and noticed the article about your pans. Alot of people that I work with have them and I also received one for my birthday in December.
Imagine my surprise as you mentioned the cake pan that my mother-in-law gave me! That would be "Burnt Offerings from Mary's Kitchen"! I absolutely LOVE IT!!! It was so original and not like any other!
And yes, my mother-in-law Joanne does eat my cooking! And we both have a great sense of humor!

I have to go one step beyond my praise and tell you I admire the business end of Fancy Pans. I used to own both a craft/hobby shop and a fabric shopps (small town local businesses) and I know how hard it is to be successful in small business ventures. You must pay attention to every little detail -- and your product appears to have done that very well also. The product you chose to market is perfect for this mail order concern -- the pans are light weight to ship and are not fragile or easily broken! I also liked the way you "re-used" the box in which the pans were shipped to you. Very efficient recycling. I also admire the way the ink color on your business cards matches the plastic bags in which you shipped the pans. The plastic bags are great because they not only protect the pans in shipment, but the lazy person could simply add a bow and the pan would be gift wrapped! The single sheet of bubble wrap between pans ensured that the pans would arrived undamaged. Very good business sense going on there! Keep up the good work.
P.S. - Someone wonderful added the Fancy Pans pot holder to my shipment -- have you thought of taking orders for personalized pot holders?

I just received my order and am so excited! They looked so nice in the pictures, but just not as nice as they really are. I'm so glad that I took the chance and ordered them. Now I can't wait to bake something so I can use mine. The other 2 are gifts; they don't have any idea what they're missing! I just had to let you know how happy I am!

I was just given an early Christmas gift of one of your pans with 'from the kitchen of a Sioux Fan' and the Sioux logo. I am simply overwhelmed...I am a huge, huge Sioux fan and this is so great. I don't even want to use it! The people that gave it to me mentioned you hadn't done one before....but it's great and I thank you for doing a great job! I took a picture of it and emailed it to my family that live away.
